Cancellations: Once your order is submitted,
we work as quickly as possible to get it shipped. For that reason, we are unable to cancel or make any
changes to your order, including address or item changes, but please use the free return label provided with
your order to send it back for a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges: Your order should have
been packed with a free return label inside the box. You can click here to review return instructions and, if you can't find your return label,
obtain a free one to send your order back for a full refund.
- Tracking Returns: A tracking
number is provided on your free return label. Unfortunately, we're not able to identify your tracking number
for you, so don't forget to make note of it before mailing your return! Enter the tracking number at the website of your return carrier. If you
sent your return and did not take note of the tracking number, please allow 15-20 business days for a
confirmation email from Timberland confirming receipt of your return.
- Refunds: Once we confirm receipt
of your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Exchanges: To exchange, please
return your original item following the instructions above, and repurchase a new item at your convenience.
If you purchased your item at a discounted price and are repurchasing the same style and color in another
size, please contact us after you’ve placed the order and we will refund you the difference.

page. You can navigate through your account to view order history, add to your wish list, change
your password or add/remove payment methods.
Stickers: We’d be happy to send you some
stickers! All you need to do is mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to this address:
